WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original "KayurbCrew" tags and packaging intact.
Process: Message us on Facebook/Instagram with your Order ID to initiate an exchange.
Note: Due to the limited nature of our drops (100 pieces), exchanges are subject to stock availability.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Inside Dhaka: 24 - 48 Hours.
Outside Dhaka: 3 - 5 Business Days.
Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide.
Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT Delivery Charge.
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT Delivery Charge (We may request a small advance for outside Dhaka orders to secure the limited stock).
HOW DO I WASH THE PRODUCTS?
Turn the hoodie inside out.
Wash with cold water.
Never iron directly on the print / embroidery.
